On March 12, 2006 marked the first day of the official forming of Kababaihang Rizalista Hong Kong Chapter (KRHKC) in the Hong Kong Island SAR of China.

This remarkable year on March 12, 2008 having accepted the defying task of another one-year tenure, as per my position for the 3^rd time in this sisterhood that you have entrusted on me, 2^nd thought of opposing doesn’t even glimpse into my bare heart and into my conscious mind.

This another year of challenging task that you had assigned on me, even though I know the tolerance of the complication of the hectic schedule because of the call of my job, is indeed can’t be a barrier. Instead my brothers and sisters in my thought and in my heart I consider it only as next to the call of the desire to serve this organization for the welfare and benefit of the common good. This is a legacy that we can’t ignore and a notably opportunity that we will cherish for the rest of our life.

I must at this point, thank all of you, my sisters and brothers and the people who gave and continuously extending their all out unconditional support in this organization by helping the “less fortunate people.” By instilling into the heart and mind of each and everyone about the relevant of the teachings and examples of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, which is the main goal of this organization. I am certain that as we all uphold our wisdom by dedicating and committing ourselves not for individual or for self vested interest, we will be united in force and strengthen the chain amongst sisterhood and brotherhood towards the success of its goals and objectives and therefore to boost up one’s motherland and the whole of humanity.

I would like to take this opportunity to give our heartfelt greetings to the wholeness of Kababaihang Rizalista Incorporation (KRI) all over the continent headed by Lady Bernardita S. Lizardo and its counterpart organizations especially Knights of Rizal (KOR). May the real virtues and visions of this organization touch the inner part of our well being that we have pledged to serve, for not only a matter of joining but to practice and to subsist it, up to the best of our ability for the unity and prosperity of this organization.
